If you come by air to Skavsta Airport ( not far from Nyköping ) or by airport coach ( there are buses to/from Stockholm, Södertälje, Norrköping, Linköping ) there is a local bus no. 715 which will take you from Skavsta airport to Nyköping bus terminal.

NB - Hälgö is spelled "Helgö" in the bus time-table !

From Nyköping you take bus no. 554 northwards to Hälgö

From Vagnhärad you take the same bus, no. 554, but in the opposite direction, heading south to Hälgö.

There are round about 3-4 buses each day.

Going from Nyköping-Hälgö takes round about half an hour, the same for going from Vagnhärad - Hälgö.
